KEPCI MUSIC FEST 2023

Terms & Conditions

  1. KEPCI MUSIC FEST 2023 (‘event’) is organized by QSR Stores Sdn Bhd (‘Organizer’) and will run from 11 July 2023 – 21 October 2023; hundred and six (106) days in total (‘Event Duration’).

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten or extend the Event Duration at its own discretion without prior notice.

  3. Entry and participation in this Event shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Eligible Participants. Therefore, the Eligible Participants must strictly adhere to all Terms and Conditions.

  4. To attend the Event, all parties have to be of the age of seven (7) years and above and persons under eighteen (18) years of age must to be accompanied by an adult or person aged eighteen (18) years old and above ‘Eligible Participants’.

  5. Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend any campaign or promotion without any prior notice and Organizer shall not be liable for any disruption to any campaign or promotion, whether due to technical or operational problem, including but not limited to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Organizer.

  6. Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

  7. Campaign or promotions offered may vary by location, restaurant which is subject to availability and limit.

  8. To enter, Eligible Participants must make a minimum purchase of one (1) KEPCI Music Fest Set via any KFC outlets (promotion extended to dine-in, take-away, Kiosk, Imbas dan Pesan, KFC App Delivery and/or KFC App Self-Collect) and complete receipt verification online at kepcimusicfest.com. 

  9. KEPCI Music Fest sets can be purchased at all KFC Malaysian participating outlets. 

  10. Each KEPCI Music Fest Set entitles Eligible Participants to one (1) e-ticket, subject to availability.

  11. Each Eligible Participants is allowed to submit for multiple submissions with unique receipts.

  12. To get e-tickets Eligible Participants need to:

      8. Agree to KEPCI Music Fest Terms & Conditions & KFC Privacy Policy.

    4. Upon successful registration, Eligible Participants will receive unique e-code(s) for each of the qualified purchase via submitted email.

    5. Eligible Participants need to follow instruction listed in the email to follow steps to Register each unique e-codes to redeem e-ticket(s) for the venue selected.

  13. A valid ticket (physical or e-ticket) must be presented at the entrance in order to collect a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event and those found without wristbands will be asked to leave the festival grounds. Re-entry into the event is not permitted.

  14. ONE physical or e-ticket admits ONE person ONLY.

  15. The resale or use of tickets by Eligible Participants and by third parties in connection with other offers and promotions of tickets without the prior authorization or written consent of the Event Organizer is prohibited.

  16. The Organizer may refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorized agents, or damaged.

  17. All ticket holders are subject to body/bag checks at all entry points into the event grounds.

  18. Organizers shall not be responsible for loss or damage of property or belongings. Please keep all items at your own risk.

  19. Should anyone be found guilty of disorderly conduct, the organizers reserve the right to remove the person from the venue.

  20. Event has a strict zero tolerance policy on drugs. If anyone is suspected of consuming or having any illegal substances or prohibited items, the organizer reserves the right to search and/or remove the person from the venue.

  21. The Organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, date, Festival times, audience capacity, location, and/or Festival layout without any prior notice or compensation to ticket holders. The Organizer may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.

  22. The Organizer shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, harassment, damages, delays in operations or transmissions, failure of communication lines, thefts or destruction, unauthorized access to, or changes in user or member communications, or any problems or technical faults of any network or telephone line, computer system online, web server or supplier, computer equipment, software, e-mail or player failure due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet and / or websites.

  23. The Eligible Participants shall observe & comply with all event rules, prohibitions and directions given by authorized personnel of the Organizer, including to submit to any search; and voluntarily assume all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent, to the event, including death, personal injury, loss, damage and liability.

  24. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry and/or expel from the premises any person with unruly conduct and/or in breach of any venue and/or ticketing terms & conditions.

  25. The Organizer also reserves the right, at any time, to confirm the validity of the entries and participants (including the identity of the Eligible Participants, age, bank account, and address). Errors and omissions are acceptable at the discretion of the Organizer. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any such right at any stage is not a waiver of such right.

  26. The Eligible Participants grants the Organizer (and its assignees) the right to include the Eligible Participants’ image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission, exhibition, simulcast, or reproduction made of, or at, the event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or otherwise.

  27. The Organizer retains all webcast/internet rights to the event. Any live streams or broadcasts, whether for Internet or otherwise, from the event must be specifically agreed to in advance with the Organizer. No one may transmit, broadcast, or communicate any live audio or audiovisual images from the event site without the Organizer’s prior written permission. Even if you are a performer or sponsor, the broadcasting, displaying, or communicating any live audio or audiovisual images (whether for personal, commercial, or other use) is expressly prohibited, without the prior written permission of the Organizer.

  28. Strictly NO professional photography, video and/or audio recording of any kind is allowed during the event.

  29. Without the express prior written permission of the Organizer, Eligible Participants may not bring any audio or video recording devices (except for personal cell phones) into the event.

  30. Eligible Participants consent to have medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of an injury, accident, or illness during the event and affirmatively releases the Organizer and all persons participating in such medical treatment from all responsibility for any such actions.

  31. No sponsorship, on site marketing, sampling, vending, coupon/product distribution, or other promotional/advertising activity may be conducted at the event (inclusive of parking lots), absent the Organizer’s prior written approval in each instance.

  32. The Organizer, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to modify the rules and conditions without prior notice, if required for the smooth running of the event.

  33. Other ticketing terms and conditions as stated on the booking pages and e-tickets apply. 

  34. These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

  35. Upon signing up, you have given consent and agreed to the KEPCI Music Fest 2023 policies & guidelines stated above.
