How do I get the tickets to KEPCI Music Fest?

  • Step 1: Purchase any of the four available KEPCI Music Fest Sets in a single receipt kfc.com.my.
    • Each set will be entitled to 1 ticket, you can buy as many sets as you want.
    • KEPCI Music Fest Set is only available at KFC stores, KFC App & kfc.com.my.
  • Step 2: Fill in your info and upload receipt here.
    • You will need to fill up your contact details and venue of your choice (subject to availability).
    • You will need to upload your unique receipt. Eligible receipt will require the following details to be clear – Store ID, Date, Order / Transaction ID and Product Name.
  • Step 3: Get your e-codes via email after Step 2 is completed.
    • Upon successful submission, you will get a confirmation email with unique e-code(s) for you to register your e-tickets.
    • Quantity of unique e-codes will be based on the number of KEPCI Music Fest purchased.
    • E-codes given will be for the venue selected.
  • Step 4: Register to redeem e-ticket(s) with e-codes received in Step 3.
    • Click the registration link in your confirmation email in Step 3 and register each of the unique e-codes.
    • You will get your e-tickets via email provided in the registration form.

That’s it! Bring your ticket(s) along to the concert and have a finger lickin’ good time!

Can I submit the receipt from online ordering?

  • Yes, you can! Receipts from purchases via KFC App, KFC.com.my, as well as from KFC outlets (Dine-in, Takeaway, Drive-thru, Imbas dan Pesan, and Kiosk) are accepted.
  • Receipts from GrabFood, Shopeefood, AirAsia Food & Foodpanda are not eligible for this event.

Can I submit more than once to get more tickets?

  • Yes, each user is allowed to submit for multiple times with unique receipts subject to venue capacity availability.
  • Each receipt is valid for one submission only.
  • You can purchase multiple KEPCI Music Fest Sets in a single receipt.

I am unable to submit my receipt, what can I do?

If your submission is unsuccessful you can try again and follow the instructions and guide to make sure your receipt is legible.

Alternatively you can choose ‘Manual Verification’ when prompted. Key in all the required info and submit, our team will check and validate within 1 business day.

Help, I did not get an email for my e-codes / e-ticket.

  • To complete the steps, you will receive 2 emails.
    • E-codes will be given to email in Step 1
    • E-tickets will be given based on the email registered in Step 4.
  • Please check your spam mail to ensure that the email goes in the correct inbox.

Is there an entrance fee?

The KEPCI Music Fest entry is FREE of charge with a valid KEPCI Music Fest set meal purchase, just follow Steps 1-4 to get your e-tickets!

How do I collect my tickets once I’ve registered?

Your e-tickets will be sent to you via email.

Do I need to change the name on the ticket if I got the ticket(s) from someone else?

No, you do not need to, but all purchases of KEPCI Music Fest sets should be done on trusted sites (ours!). Please find out more on our Terms & Conditions.

Do I need to provide a physical ticket (printed) for entry?

Nope! Just flash your e-tickets at the festival.

Do I have to be vaccinated to attend KEPCI Music Fest 2023?

Yes. At least 2 doses of vaccination are required to enter the festival.

Is there an age limit for those attending KEPCI Music Fest 2023?

All those 7 years old and above are welcome to attend and persons under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Will there be food & beverages at the festival?

Of course, we’d never leave you hungry. There will be food and drinks sold at the festival approved by Colonel Sanders himself! Payments can be made via cash, card, QR pay or e-wallets.

Will there be any security and/or bag checks conducted at the festival?

Yes, to ensure everyone is safe and has an enjoyable time, there will be security and bag checks before entering the venue. Please refer to our Do’s and Don’ts list for items you can and cannot bring.

What is the lineup for each festival location?

If I attend the carnival, can I attend the concert?

Both the Carnival & Concert are free for all. You can attend both or just one! However, you will need a valid ticket to attend the concert – get your KEPCI Music Fest sets here!

What if it rains on the day of the festival?

Rain or shine, we’ll still have a cluckin’ good time!

Can I attend the concert in Kuala Lumpur if I’m from Sarawak?

Yes you can, as long as you have bought a KEPCI Music Fest set and complete the steps mentioned above to get your e-tickets for your chosen venue (subject to availability at respective venue).

What time does the carnival and the concert start?

Carnival starts at 3pm onwards and Concert starts at 8pm onwards.

How do I select my seats for the concert?

Ticket categories are based on a first-come first-serve basis. It’s free / non-numbered seating / standing.
